服装设计学院成立于2004年,是全国规模最大的服装设计学院,一直致力于培养具有国际视野的时装创意设计师与服饰品设计师等高素质时尚产业人才。

学院现设有服装与服饰设计(时装设计、服饰设计)、产品设计(品牌策划与时尚买手、奢侈品设计与管理)2个本科专业;服装与服饰设计(服饰设计、时装设计)、鞋类设计与工艺2个专科专业。其中,学院的服装与服饰设计专业在全省专业综合评价中名列第一,且被评为省级一流特色专业,鞋类设计与工艺专业为省级特色专业。

The School of Fashion Design isestablished in 2004,which isthe largest fashion design school in China, and has been committed to training high quality fashion industry talents such as creative fashion designers and apparel designers with international vision.

The School now has two undergraduate programmes in Fashion and Apparel Design (Fashion Design, Apparel Design) and Product Design (Brand Planning and FashionBuyer, Luxury Design and Management), and twojunior collegeprogrammes in Fashion and Apparel Design (Apparel Design, Fashion Design) and Footwear Design and Craft. Among them, theSchool's Fashion and Apparel Designmajorranked first in the province's comprehensive evaluation of majors and was named a provincial first-class specialty, and the Footwear Design and Craft major was a provincial specialty.

一、教学条件Teaching Conditions

学院的服装实验基地是省和中央财政支持建设的示范性实验实训基地,是江西省级人才培养模式创新实验区。实验基地设立有:服装设计实验中心、智能化生产实训中心、华服研究院、首饰3D设计实验室、箱包工程实验室等多个综合性实验教学示范中心。

服装设计学院聘请了中国服装设计师协会副主席、“金顶奖”获得者武学伟,以及全国“十佳时装设计师”“金顶奖”获得者武学凯、祁刚、李小燕、刘薇等一批具有影响力的行业导师。同时还聘请了来自法国、日本、新西兰、韩国及香港等国家和地区的著名专家学者为客座教授、高级顾问;先后与台湾辅仁大学、台湾实践大学和香港大学等建立了紧密的合作关系;并且与英国伦敦艺术大学、英国曼彻斯特城市大学、新西兰普伦蒂湾理工大学、韩国湖南大学等十多所国际大学交流互访频繁。

学院现有时装设计、产品设计、服饰品设计三个教研室,师资队伍由中国纺织工业联合会“纺织之光”育人奖获得者闵悦、段婷领衔,专任教师、企业导师、外聘教师等组成,其中全国纺织教育优秀工作者5人,硕士以上学位100余人,“双师双能型”教师80余人,是一支专业基础扎实、年富力强、素质较高的教学科研队伍。

The apparel experimental base of the college is a demonstration experimental training base supported by the provincial and central government, and is a provincial experimental zone for innovation of talent training mode in Jiangxi. The experimental base has set up several comprehensive experimental teaching demonstration centres, including the Clothing Design Experimental Centre, the Intelligent Production Training Centre, the Chinese Clothing Research Institute, the Jewellery 3D Design Laboratory and the Luggage Engineering Laboratory.

The School of Fashion Design has hired Wu Xuewei, Vice Chairman of the China Fashion Designers Association and winner of the "Golden Top Award", and Wu Xuekai, winner of the "Top Ten Fashion Designers" and "Golden Top Award". A number of influential industry mentors have been recruited, including Qi Gang, Li Xiaoyan and Liu Wei. We have also employed famous experts and scholars from France, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea and Hong Kong as visiting professors and senior advisors; we have established close cooperation with FuRen University in Taiwan, National Taiwan University of Practice and the University of Hong Kong; we have also established close cooperation with more than ten international universities such as University of the Arts London, Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK, Prentice Bay University of Technology in New Zealand and Hunan University in South Korea. There are frequent exchanges and mutual visits.

There are three teaching and research departments of fashion design, product design and fashion product design.The faculty team is led by Min Yue and Duan Ting, winners of the China Textile Industry Federation's "Light of Textiles" award, and is composed of full-time teachers, corporate mentors and external teachers, including five outstanding workers in textile education and more than 100 teachers with master's degrees or above,and more than 80 teachers with "double-teacher and double-competent", which is a teaching and research team with solid professional foundation and strong and high quality.

二、就业前景Employment Prospects

近年来,随着服装产业升级和品牌转型发展,服装产业重点将转至设计研发、营销、信息咨询等时尚服务业上,中高端的品牌策划与运行人才、设计管理与研发人才、陈列设计与销售管理人才、外贸人才等需求量大大增加。这些专业人才是服装产业集群地升级转型不可或缺的技术保障。

服装产业集群地的人才需求主要有首席设计师、设计总监、女装/男装设计师、设计助理、制版师、样板师、质检、销售主管、区域经理、导购店长、营销总监、陈列师、市场总监、市场督导、市场拓展、生产厂长、车间主任、采购主管等岗位,学院根据行业需求有针对性培养人才,毕业生供不应求,目前已为纺织服装相关行业输送了近万名高素质应用型人才。

In recent years, with the upgrading of the garment industry and brand transformation development, the focus of the garment industry will shift to design and development, marketing, information consulting and other fashion service industries, and the demand for high-end brand planning and running talents, design management and R&D talents, display design and sales management talents, foreign trade talents, etc. has increased greatly. These professionals are the indispensable technical guarantee for the upgrading and transformation of the garment industry clusterssites.

The demand for talents in the garment industry cluster sites mainly includes chief designers, design directors, women's/men's fashion designers, design assistants, pattern makers, pattern makers, quality control, sales supervisors, regional managers, shopper shop managers, marketing directors, displayers, marketing directors, market supervisors, market development, production plant managers, workshop directors, purchasing supervisors and other positions, and the college has targeted training talents according to industry demand, and graduates At present, nearly 10,000 high quality applied talents have been delivered to textile and garment related industries.

三、培养模式Cultivation Mode

学院以面向国内外纺织服装产业、文化创意产业培养优秀人才为己任,采用理论教学与大师工作室教学相结合的教学模式,运用情景化教学与分段性模块授课的教学手段。以校企协同育人的培养模式,培养专业能力强、高素质应用技术型人才。

The College takes the responsibility of cultivating outstanding talents for the textile and garment industry and the cultural and creative industry at home and abroad, and adopts the teaching mode of combining theoretical teaching and master studio teaching, as well as the teaching methods of situational teaching and sectional module teaching. With the training mode of school-enterprise collaboration, we cultivate professional and highly qualified applied technical talents.
